You can use sideCLOUDload to remotely start torrents from any device that has an internet connection using Dropbox.
Setup your BitTorrent client to watch a directory in your Dropbox folder (like “torrents to download”).

For uTorrent, simply turn on “Automatically load torrents in directory:” in Other, specify the folder, and hit OK
